When are you reopening?

We will be opening at 50% capacity
What will the registration process look like?
We will still require a referral from a nurse or doctor. Please call our main line (260-459-8550) for any referrals. We will be conducting all registrations over the phone before the family comes to the House to sign paperwork.
What is your guest criteria?
We will be accepting the 2 adults who are authorized to visit their child in the NICU, PICU, PEDS or the Burn Center. No one under the age of 18 may stay at the House. No one will be allowed in the House if they have a fever or other COVID symptoms. If they are not able to visit their child, they are not allowed to stay at the House.
Will guests have 24 hour access?
Yes, guests will continue to have 24-hour access to the House and to their rooms.
What about meals for guests?
We are working on providing grab and go snacks for our families, and will continue working with our volunteers to provide restaurant meals directly to the units throughout the week.
Will guests have access to laundry areas?
Yes, guests will have full access to the laundry areas.
Will guests be required to wear masks?
Guests will need to wear masks anytime they are in any area of the House outside of their room.
Have you implemented new cleaning guidelines for the House?
We operated on very strict cleaning guidelines prior to COVID-19, and have updated our protocol in line with CDC recommendations to ensure that families and staff are coming into a safe environment.
